If your company is a federal government contractor who used federal funds to purchase electronic equipment, then you recycling has to be done by a certified recycler (R2 or e-stewards certified) to be in compliance with the amended Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clause and the Federal Management Regulation stemming from Executive Order 13514 and the March 2012 GSA policy.  Turtle Wings is R2 certified.
